Daily Box

The daily box appears on the main screen of Tyrant Unleashed, after the loading page. It appears on the lower right hand corner of the main screen, above the players’ warbonds and gold count.

  • The daily box is a daily log-in reward, which is obtainable 23 hours after it was last claimed.
  • When a box has a rust-colored background, it is ready to be claimed.
  • Otherwise, it has a countdown timer representing when the next reward card can be claimed.
  • The daily box awards at least a rare class base-set card, less often an epic class card, with a small chance of being a legendary card, with a very small chance to spawn a vindicator class card.

Outside of rewards and the daily box, the most prevalent way of obtaining cards is by purchasing them.

Some cards go on offer for real-world currency on a rotating basis in the "store" section of the game. Some cards are more powerful than others, which makes them more expensive (or harder to obtain). In general, the higher the "rarity", the more powerful the card. There are five rarities in the game: common, rare, epic, legend and vindicator.

Cards are upgradable, making them more powerful, by infusing them with salvage points.

Salvage points (SPs) come from destroying cards (or buying directly for real-word currency, or as freebies in other purchases made with real-world currency).

  • commons are worth 1 SP
  • rares are worth 5 SP
  • epics are worth 20 SP
  • legends are worth 40 SP
  • vindicators are worth 80 SP

Salvage points are also earnable thru daily individual quests

daily individual quests

Each player receives 3 individual quests, each with a duration of 23 hours to complete thru PVP game mode. Once the 23 hours run out, a new set of quests can be done.

These quests award 5/10/15 salvage points each.

General quest types:

  • Adept quests – activate x skill y times, generally award 5 salvage points, except valor adept (10)
  • Conqueror quests – defeat x commander type 5 times, generally award 5 salvage points
  • Leader quests – win 10 battles using 4 assaults of one faction in each win, awards 10 salvage points
  • Killer quests – destroy 25 assaults of x faction, awards 10 salvage points
  • Master quests – activate x skill 100 times, generally award 15 salvage points
  • Structure Quests – bunkered (win after playing 3 structure cards) or demolisher (destroy 5 structures), award 15 salvage points

Salvage points awarded here go above the salvage point cap of each player. (A player can have more than the cap of salvage points if earned thru daily quests or with in-game purchases).

packs

Cards can be bought in the store. Free-to-play cards are found in "basic packs". Some free-to-play cards are also purchasable with warbonds, thru "rare packs" (have been discontinued on sale, but are still obtainable rewards in all events), "epic packs""faction packs""faction boxes" or "chance packs". They can also be obtained for real-world currency in the store on a rotating basis.

The most predominant method of obtaining free-to-play cards is from basic packs, where the approximate rarity distribution is as follows:

1 vindicator reactor: 1,000,000 gold spent (estimated)
1 legend: 200,000 gold spent
1 epic: 20,000 gold spent
1 rare: 2,000 gold spent
1 common: 100 gold spent

Gold

To earn the free in-game currency (Gold) that allows one to purchase more salvageable cards, one can play several game modes:

  • missions (found in the "missions" tab on the game's main navigation screen)
  • battle (found in the "battle" tab on the game's main navigation screen)
  • events (found in either the "battle" or "guild" tab on the game's main navigation screen)
